Bafath Powder

Ingredients :-

• 1 kg red chilli (long)
• 1/4 kg red chilli(short)
• 1/4 kg coriander seeds
• 100 gms cumin seeds
• 100 gms pepper
• 50 gms turmeric
• 100 gms cloves
• 75 gms cinnammon

Method : Powder all of the above and store in an airtight container.
